Minimum Qualifying Marks As per the candidate’s category (e.g., General/OBC/SC/ST)

Note –

  • The candidate must also have a valid score in MAH-LL.B. 5 Years CET 2025.

Answer – An integrated undergraduate program combining a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BBA/BSc/BCom/BSW/BLS) with an LLB degree over ten semesters (five years). You receive two degrees upon completion.

Question 2 – Can I study something else during the 5-year LLB?

Answer – No the Bar Council of India prohibits simultaneous enrollment in another full-time degree program (e.g., BCom alongside BA LLB).

Question 3 – Is the LLB recognized internationally?

Answer – Yes the LLB is recognized across India, and may also be accepted abroad, subject to specific country regulations and additional criteria (e.g., bar exams).

Question 4 – Must I pass AIBE to practice law?

Answer – To actively appear in courts, you must register with a State Bar Council and pass the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) within two years of enrollment with the council.
