How to Apply –
- Apply online only through the official website upsssc.gov.in.
- Login using PET-2025 Registration Number and OTP sent to registered mobile/email.
- Fill personal details (pre-filled from PET), educational qualifications, and other required information.
- Photo and signature will be auto-displayed from PET-2025 (no changes allowed).
- Pay the online processing fee through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or SBI e-Challan.
- After successful fee payment/reconciliation, the application will be submitted automatically.
- Download and print the submitted application form.
- Modification in limited fields allowed till 04-02-2026.
